Aggregate Financial Services advised on the successful EUR 56.5m financing for the development of a hotel and office building in Berlin.
Aggregate Financial Services successfully advised the sponsors regarding total of EUR 56.5m senior and junior secured financing for the development of a hotel and office building in Berlin-Schöneberg.
The building complex consists of two towers linked by a central passageway and includes hotel and office space with approx. 10,600 sqm and underground parking.
Construction works have already started with planned completion by end of 2020 and Ed. Züblin AG as the general contractor.
A renowned hotel operator has already signed a long-term lease agreement with a tenor of 25 years. The office space has been let on a long-term basis to a major German insurance company.
